Treatment cost

Doctor FITOUSSI is approved by Health Insurance.
The fee for the first consultation is €23 for children and adults.

The cost of a treatment varies depending on its complexity, its duration and the type of device used.

  • the complexity of the case,
  • the age of the patient,
  • the duration of treatment,
  • the type of devices used

From the first consultation, the practitioner defines a treatment plan, its duration and its cost. A quote signed by the practitioner is given to the patient before any decision is made. This estimate must be signed by the patient before the start of treatment.

Payment terms:

Payments are made by check, cash, credit card or bank transfer.

The team is available to patients to organize payments, whether by check or direct debit: replaced by the secretariat remains at your disposal to organize deadlines and guide you in your payments.

Exception: Coverage for one semester of orthodontics (€193.50) is then granted.

Social security and mutual insurance companies do not reimburse the practitioner. It is the patient's responsibility to finance their treatment and receive reimbursements from social security and mutual insurance companies if applicable.

Remboursements

The team is available to the patient to explain the terms of coverage by social security and mutual insurance companies, and to provide them with all the necessary supporting documents.

Before the age of 16

Orthodontic treatments are covered by Health Insurance subject to obtaining prior agreement from your Social Security fund (sending of the DEP: request for prior agreement) and if they are started before the 16ththchild's birthday.

The amount covered by Social Security is always the same, whatever the practitioner and the type of device, i.e.193,50€ par semestretreatment with a maximum duration of6 semestres. The amount covered by Social Security for the period of restraint (consolidation of the results obtained) amounts to161.25€ per yearwith a maximum duration ofdeux ans. The difference between fees and Social Security reimbursement may be covered, partially or in full, by your Supplementary Health Organization. It is important to find out as soon as possible from your mutual insurance company.

After the age of 16

Treatment is the responsibility of the patient. Your complementary organization will inform you of any conditions provided for in your membership contract.
